Launching January 2027Youth Leadership
Confidence. Voice. Leadership. Community.
Girls Who Lead creates a supportive space for young women to build confidence, strengthen their voice, practice leadership, and connect with mentors and peers. Through leadership experiences and enrichment, participants are encouraged to lead in ways that are authentic to who they are.

Program overview
Girls Who Lead is built around a simple belief: young women already bring insight, creativity, experience, and leadership potential. The program creates intentional space to practice those strengths, build meaningful relationships, explore new possibilities, and grow into leadership in school, work, civic life, and community.
Program focus
Experiences that help participants practice communication, decision-making, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership.
Connections with women, peers, and community leaders who offer encouragement, perspective, guidance, and real-world insight.
Experiences that broaden perspective, build confidence, and help young women see more ways to lead and contribute.

Why it matters
Girls Who Lead gives young women opportunities to build confidence through practice, relationships, and real experiences. Participants are not asked to become someone else to lead. They are supported in recognizing their own strengths, using their voice, and developing the skills to act on what matters to them.
