KAAF is preparing to launch its inaugural Girls Who Lead cohort in January 2027.

Girls Who Lead is a leadership development program designed to help young women strengthen confidence, communication, leadership skills, professional awareness and community engagement.

Real conversations with women who lead

Participants will engage in interactive one-hour experiences featuring women leaders, professionals and community changemakers. Topics may include leadership identity, confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, professional presence, financial awareness, civic engagement, career exploration, relationships and networks, and personal goal setting.

The program is designed primarily as an in-person cohort experience for middle and high school girls, roughly grades 6–12, with virtual guest speakers or hybrid participation when useful.

Get involved

Families and young women can join the interest list. Women leaders interested in speaking, and organizations interested in sponsorship, can connect with KAAF to be part of the first cohort.
